Been on this site for almost 20 years. Crazy to think about. I've seen people come and go. And like most trafficked websites controversies as well. And now the latest problems seem to have really hit hard. Of course I speak of AI. I don't see it because of the option they do have. But to broadcast how much someone made using it doesn't sound like the best idea when the majority of your users don't use it. It feels like a genuine slap to their faces. Some people I watch left soon after, some that been here nearly as long as me. DA when I was first around felt more "lively" I guess is the word and seem to celebrate art & writing. Now it feels a bit soulless. *shrug*

The second problem is the one really hitting me. BOTS. And I know its bots because if I check them out they have either 0 deviations and follow a lot of people. Or an account that once had deviations but hid them away. (Gonna guess accounts that were hacked or something.) Another reason they fav the last thing I did then immediately ask for a chat request. To say "Can I use your artwork..." or "I want to use you as a muse..." with very little variation in each one.

If you followed me to begin with you know exactly why. The last two days I had at least 7 of such requests. I'm about to just put my gallery back into Storage and call it a day. DA I know you're ultimately a business but I know this problem has existed for a while. The fact you've done little to nothing about it is really disheartening.

I've been about. That's for sure. If you stayed in Twit land you'll know, (but absolutely can understand if you took off...) Writing wise I'm still in the same boat. While yes I got my comp ready to go down the rabbite hole. Life has kinda kicked me about this way and that for months, and now its trying to cook me rotisserie style.

Um, let's get back to writin' I have ideas to get back into it. But again its finding time. Also I still wanted to redo the Bard's tale and yet can't figure out which way I want to go with it. GAH!!!

Anyhoo! Me and a few friends did play a bit of Turtles recently and I just put it up. See ya!

After 5 years I finally got the last 10k to get to 100,000. WOOHOO! But I guess that would be fair when you don't write as the page kinda exclaims. So to whoever it was. I thank ya.

Also did recall saying I would shut it all down when I hit said number but nah! Long as I had this page, it don't seem right if I did. Besides A few people on here I do chat to I wouldn't be able to elsewhere. So staying put until I'm old and grey...uh... until DA goes yeah that's it!

But for real, My old Elgato croaked from the surge that took out Ebontower so had to get a new one. But also considering throwing my gaming stuff on another Twitter account. Just the random thoughts and what not on top of the links to the Youtube When I actually do 'em.

As of this weekend. I've picked up three games over the span of a month. Animal Crossing, Chocobo GP and Pokemon: Arceus. And out of those three, I didn't expect one to be the problem. Chocobo GP is a fun game but like many that has so stated. The microtransactions stain it super hard. *sigh* Oh well. Kirby is coming.

As for writing, well I kinda can't do it on this comp, as I wanted to keep this solely a gaming rig. But the plan is to see what still survived the fall and make a second comp soon. And if that happens. I'm actually going to look back at Fate's Design. Yeah, that old thing and try to maybe even get it published after a while. But We'll see...
